Marlon McNeill started A Tree in a Field Records in Basel, Switzerland in 2002 which since then has become a house hold name when it comes to discovering artists off the beaten track.

You can find our music on all streaming platforms, Bandcamp and you can shop for vinyl through our web shop and many brick and mortar outlets.
We accept PayPal, credit cards and crypto currencies

Most releases include a MP3/FLAC download-code.

We try to keep prices as fair as possible. Because of the strong Swiss Franc and high shipping rates it might be worthwhile for customers ordering from abroad to look for other shops outside Switzerland.

We take great care of and maintain close relationships with our artists. To maintain a certain quality of work and to guarantee that everyone gets the attention needed we can only sign a limited number of artists.
