We cannot be held responsible for any shipping-related damages once the package leaves our warehouse. • Taxes: Orders shipped outside of Switzerland may be subject to taxes and customs fees. Please check with your local authorities regarding import duties and taxes before placing an order. We are not responsible for any additional charges incurred during the delivery process.

• Returns & Refunds: We only accept returns if there’s a clear production fault with the item(s) purchased. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for orders returned as “not picked up,” “could not be delivered,” or similar reasons.
